Fall CycloFest takes place October 19-22, 2017, with the first two days being open only to bicycle retailers, and the last two being open to the public. The event location is the U.S. National Whitewater Center, 5000 Whitewater Center Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28214

- Thursday, October 19 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, October 20 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, October 21 – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday, October 22 – 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Yes, Fall CycloFest has secured discounted rates at several hotels both near the Charlotte International Airport and downtown Charlotte. Visit our hotel & travel page for more information.
The first two days of Fall CycloFest is open to bicycle industry retailers and media only. This private-access day is intended to allow retail store employees first-hand access to attending brands, technical education and more.
The last two days of Fall CycloFest is open to the public.
There is no fee to attend the event. Parking costs $5 per car.
Members of the bicycle industry, please register in advance here.
There is no registration required for the public days. Members of the general public will need to sign a waiver to demo bikes.

All participants that plan to test bicycles will need to bring their own helmet, shoes, pedals and other riding gear (sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle/hydration pack, etc). You will be required to sign a waiver.

Yes, there will be an opportunity to purchase from brands. Additionally, over the weekend there will be local retailers that will have product to sell. 10% of all sales revenue at Fall CycloFest will go to Southeast chapter of IMBA and will go towards trail building in the region.
