Fall CycloFest takes place October 19-22, 2017, with the first 1.5 days being open only to bicycle retailers, and opening the doors to the public beginning Friday afternoon. The event location is the U.S. National Whitewater Center, 5000 Whitewater Center Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28214

The first 1.5 days of Fall CycloFest is open to bicycle industry retailers and media only. This private-access day is intended to allow retail store employees first-hand access to attending brands, technical education and more.

Fall CycloFest is open to the public starting on Friday afternoon.

There is no fee to attend the event. Parking costs $5 per car.

Members of the bicycle industry can register online in advance. Click here to register.

There is no registration required for the public days. Members of the general public will need to sign a waiver to demo bikes.

This is a trade event and is not open to the public. No personal buyers will be allowed into the show. To gain entrance to the show the company must apply to attend and be qualified by show management by providing materials confirming their role in the bicycle industry. Each company must be able to prove they purchase bicycle parts or supplies. Each qualified company may enter individuals as buyers for their company. Show Management reserves the right to audit any, and all individuals registered to confirm their role in the industry and their affiliation with the qualified company.

All Attendees must be active Retailers, Importers/Distributors, Wholesalers, or otherwise affiliated with the Bicycle industry. Show Management reserves the right to request additional documentation for each Company and Employee beyond what is listed below if deemed necessary.

Please note: All documentation must be uploaded no later than October 10, 2017.  After October 10, 2017, all credentials must be provided onsite for a review.

Retail Buyers, Importers/Distributors must provide two (2) of the following credentials:

  • Invoices showing purchases of FINISHED brand name goods in the cycling or fitness industry made within the last six months. Invoices for samples/blanks do not qualify as finished goods.
  • Business Card that includes your current company address.
  • Business License indicating you are a retail business (Please DO NOT bring a tax ID or a seller’s permit, these are not acceptable credentials).
  • Letter of intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a new retail business in the cycling/fitness industry (this is acceptable for new businesses only).

Retail Employees/Bicycle Tourism (Register as Retail Buyers):

  • Business card that includes your current company address.
  • Pay Stub within the last six months.

Non-Profits must provide the following credentials:

  • 501(c)(3) Tax Exemption letter.
  • Business Card that includes your current company address.

Independent Reps must provide the following credentials:

  • Commission check dated within the last six months.
  • Business Card that includes your current company address.

To maintain PCI Compliance, be sure to black out the following information prior to sending your credentials: credit card numbers and any government issued ID, Sales, Tax or SSN number.

All participants that plan to test bicycles will need to bring their own helmet, shoes, pedals and other riding gear (sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle/hydration pack, etc). You will be required to sign a waiver.

Yes, there will be an opportunity to purchase from brands. Additionally, over the weekend there will be local retailers that will have product to sell.
